Parking at Gateway Center and Cedar Street
Standard Parking manages both the Cedar Street Parking Deck as well as the Gateway Center underground parking facility. The Cedar Street Deck consists of 1,092 spaces, with thirty-four of those spaces being utilized in the surface lot between the Doubletree Hotel and Gateway Center. The underground garage consists of 139 spaces. Associates must have a Gateway Center mailcode for eligibility to park at either facility. There is currently a waiting list for the underground parking location.
The Standard Parking office is located in the underground parking facility of Gateway Center, next to the security console. Please contact Belai Gebremeskel, Parking Manager, for information on parking availability at (704) 343-9604. Thank you.
