Typical Building Hours for Office Space: 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Monday - Friday.  8:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, and the building is closed on Sunday. (After 7:00 P.M. the Lobbies require access cards for entry.)
Fire Drill: Semi-Annual. For more information, contact the Management Office at 704-887-1270.
Smoking Policy/Locations: Smoking is prohibited inside all building areas except areas designated by the Smoking Policy Pamphlet.  The pamphlets are located at the High Rise and Low Rise Lobbies or Management Office.
After Hours Policies: Call the security console at 704-386-0483 for after hours lighting and HVAC. Advance notice is requested.

Services: The building is equipped with a state-of-the-art security system and is staffed 24-hour per day, 365 days per year. The security console is located in the underground garage and is always staffed.
After Hours Services/Policies: After 7:00 P.M. access to the building is permitted through entrances at the front via card access. Sign-in is required with the security guard in the security console after-hours and with the Dock Administrator in the loading dock during normal hours. All contractors and vendors must sign in to receive a building contractor badge.

Loading Dock Hours: The building has one (1) primary freight elevators.  The Loading Dock is open 24 Hours Monday - Friday.  Closed on the weekends and re-opens on Sundays at 11:00PM.  Please contact Security at 704-386-0483 with any questions or concerns.
